These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Hygiene Access Membership (the “Membership”). By subscribing, you agree to the following terms.
1.1 The Membership provides access to book hygiene appointments when availability is released. It does not guarantee appointment dates or immediate availability.
1.2 The Membership is not an insurance product, not a prepayment plan, and not a contract for dental treatment.
1.3 Hygiene sessions included in the Membership are provided without an additional charge for the session itself, subject to availability and clinical suitability.
1.4 Any additional treatment, investigations, or adjunctive procedures identified during or after the hygiene appointment are not included and are:

2.2 Session entitlements are calculated on a rolling 12-month basis from the subscription start date.
2.3 Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the applicable 12-month period.
3.1 Appointments are released periodically and communicated by email.

3.3 Availability is limited by clinical capacity. Demand may exceed available appointments.
3.4 Members are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate to receive booking notifications.
4.1 Hygiene sessions are delivered either by the Membership operator or by partner dental practices.
4.2 All clinical care is delivered under the clinical governance, protocols, and responsibility of the treating clinician and practice.
4.3 Following the appointment, patients become patients of the treating practice for any ongoing or future care.
5.1 All treatment is subject to clinical assessment at the time of the appointment.
5.2 The clinician may determine that a standard hygiene session is not clinically appropriate.
5.3 In such cases:

6.2 Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in:
6.3 Session entitlements are not refunded for non-attendance.
7.1 Membership fees are billed monthly via Stripe.
7.2 You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Stripe customer portal.
7.3 Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to refunds for prior payments.
7.4 If a session has already been booked or used within a 12-month period, cancellation does not reinstate entitlement.
8.1 The Membership is intended for individual use only.
8.2 Abuse of the system, including repeated cancellations, misuse of booking access, or inappropriate behaviour toward staff, may result in termination of Membership without refund.

10.1 The Membership operator facilitates access to appointments but does not control clinical outcomes.
10.2 Clinical responsibility rests solely with the treating clinician and practice.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
