Memberships Limited hygiene appointments

1.  You join as a member
    
2. When a clinic releases availability, members are notified by email
    
3. Booking opens in priority order:
    
   • £5 Priority members first
      
   • £3 Plus members next
      
   • £1 Founding members last
      

• Appointments are first-come, first-served within each tier
   

Each member can hold one booking at a time to keep access fair.

To keep the system fair and sustainable:

• A minimum of 2 months of active membership period applies before booking
   
• Membership must remain active until the end of the calendar year in which your appointment takes place
   

Example:
If you join in January and book an appointment in March, your membership continues until December of that year.

This prevents short-term sign-ups and keeps prices low for everyone

• Sessions are up to 45 minutes
   
• Delivered by a registered dental clinician
   
• Carried out under the host practice’s normal clinical protocols
   

If any further care is recommended:

• It will be discussed with you at the appointment
   
• Managed directly by the practice
   
• You are under no obligation to proceed
   

After your visit, you become a patient of the practice for any future care.
